Who better to teach you the true meaning of time? Not 12 O’clock or  7 O’clock. No. Giorgio will instruct you in a different time scale; when to plant vines, when to tend the vines and if your really lucky he’ll reveal the secreats of harvest O’clock and wine making time. Giorgio’s true passion can’t be hidden producing wine worthy of exultting the tastes of the very best Italian food.
 
 
 
 
 
Francesca
Picks up the guanlet and becomes the fourth generation of the Salvan family to attempt to educate willing participants in the ways of wines  and their accompanying foods. She insists that you know how to eat fresh salami grilled over chestnut coals to complement its full taste and you’ll have to visit her to know which wine she recomends and why.

Business is very like making the very best wine never over look the small things, its the multitude of tiny tasks that make a smashing vintage or a well run vinyard.
